Ummly does not charge users — not for Zahra AI, not for the library, not for the Zakat calculator, not for posting, not for anything. And we never take a cut of your zakat or sadaqah: 100% transfers to the verified organisation you choose. The platform itself is sustained separately — through an optional verification-badge service for institutions, and supporters who choose to back the infrastructure directly. Giving and running the platform stay completely separate.
